As a 501 (c)(3) non-profit business, ISF provides an umbrella under which all of the CHS Sports Booster Clubs operate. Additionally, ISF specific projects include:
• Implementation of on-line athletic registration
• Organizing & implementing CHS home game snack bars
• Providing the letters earned by varsity athletes
• Purchasing the league and CIF championship banners
• Scheduling appearances of speakers on college athletics
• Provides sport-specific funding ‘as-needed’ directly to the CHS AD
ISF distributes collections directly to the CHS Athletic Department from monies collected during registration, Physicals4Sports, and Got Game? Bring It! to ensure short falls in the State budgeted funds for CHS Athletics are overcome specifically for officials, transportation, medical expenses, and other sports related expenses.
General donations and other fund raising monies are directed into several different funds which are available for site specific projects, equipment, and other sports related expenses as directed by the CHS Athletic Director.
Monies collected for CHS athletics are tax deductible to the extend allowable by law. Tax ID 33-0584000
