Registration includes a current medical history and physical exam which must be completed before your student-athlete will be cleared to tryout for a team.
Coronado High School Athletic fees are $115 per sport, 2 sports $230 and third sport FREE.
Athletic Registration Fees at the High School are collected to supplement the deficit that exists are a result of State underfunding of the costs of transportation and officials for CHS Athletics. Without the collection of these fees, the CHS Athletic Department would be severely restricted in their ability to administer the CHS Sports program as it is currently offered.
Coronado Middle School Athletic fees are $120 per sport. These fees cover all costs of implementing the program including coaching, equipment, uniforms, officials, administrative costs, league fees, venue charges, and transportation.
Physical Exams
All students must have a “current” (defined as within 1 calendar year) physical exam, administered and signed by a doctor, to be eligible to participate in the ISF/CMS Sports Program.
THIS INCLUDES PARTICIPATION IN TRYOUTS, PRACTICES, & GAMES/MEETS.
Athletes may use any physical exam form completed within the calendar year as long as it does not expire within their current sport’s season.
